How to get TechFox Remote Support (Screenconnect) running on your device


-Navigate to https://help.techfox.it and if a Tech is waiting you will see "Join with a code"

If there is no Tech waiting for your connection the "Join with a code" option won't be present. You will have to "Start a new session"

-Enter the code given to you by the Tech and press the arrow that will change to red once you have entered the code.


-Once the code is entered and you press the red arrow, you will be directed to a page that states "Joining your session" with some additional directional information. A file will download from the page and be present on the bottom bar or in your Downloads folder. You will need to click it and run the application

 

-After clicking the download to run it you may be prompted by a window asking for permission, or if you are "sure you want to allow this program to make changes". You will need to click YES or ACCEPT



-You may see an additional window stating the application is loading. Be patient, we should be connected soon!
